If you want an exact phrase, put quotation marks around the words. The search engine is now set up to recognize articles, conjunctions, pronouns, etc. Thus to find "in between"—a technical term used by Voegelin—use quotation marks to avoid every use of those individual prepositions.

You can use an asterisk ( * ) at the end of a partial word if
you want all variations or if you aren't sure of a spelling. For instance,
"Christ*" will return "Christ", "Christian" and "Christianity." You can also
put the asterisk at the beginning or in the middle of a word.
